  • Do I have to be 18 years old to order from this site?

Yes, you must be at least 18 yrs or older to order any item from this web site.

  • What happens if my tracking number stops showing movement?

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT HAS BEEN MAILED. Any lost, missing, or stolen packages should be brought to the attention of the carrier before contacting us. You are responsible for communicating with the Post Office in the event a complaint needs to be filed. 

  • What payments are accepted?

We Accept Visa, Mater Card, Discover, AMEX, and Pay Pal. We are NOT accepting: checks or money orders at this time.

  • What shipping service do you use?

We offer a free shipping option for all orders shipping anywhere in the continental USA through USPS First Class Mail. All other shipments can be shipped through either USPS or FEDEX with the real-time shipping quotes provided on the check-out page. All orders being shipped in the continental US will receive free shipping through USPS Fist Class Mail or Priority depending on weight limitations and regulations. Free shipping with first class mail does provide a tracking number, but the tracking number is not guaranteed to be updated by USPS. Delivery confirmation is the only guarantee provided by USPS first class mail. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT HAS BEEN MAILED.   • How long does shipping take?

We ship your orders out Monday through Friday, within 24- 48 hrs, of payment received. For USA shipments allow 3-7 business days for delivery.  For Canadian orders allow 7-14 business days. For Worldwide shipments Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery. For International Shipping with USPS, tracking numbers are provided, but USPS does not guarentee updated tracking information. The only guarentee provided by USPS First Class Internation Mail is a delivery confirmation. 

  • My order should have been delivered by now. Where is it?

Please use the contact us page to submit your order info and our shipping department will email or call you with information relating to your order and shipping status.

  • What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered for items needing to be returned due to our error. Any other return shipping costs will be charged to your account. 

It can take a total of 4 weeks for a refund to be completed. We will issue the refund once the returned product(s) arrive at our facility.

Arrangements for returns must be made with us prior to returning your item(s). Please contact us at from our Contact Us page with your full name and order number, and the product(s) you would like to return.

  • I want to return an item. How do I do this?

Please contact us and we will email you return instructions.

  • I keep trying to contact you guys but receive no response. Why are you not responding?

We respond to all emails within 24 hrs Monday through Friday with exceptions being holidays. Please check your spam/junk box, and verify that you submitted your correct email address.

  • Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?

We do offer wholesale pricing for Space Case Grinders. For more information on purchasing Space Case Grinders wholesale, please fill out our Wholesale Pricing Request Form . After filling out this form, a sales representative will be in contact with you to set up a wholesale account. 

  • Are you the manufacturer of the grinders on this site?

No we are not. We are retailers only.
