    How can you beat it?

Posted by Christopher Cohen on 24th Jul 2017

I've been using Space Case products for years, probably around 7-8 years (i tried looking for an original release date, but couldn't. Just trust me, a long time i used space case, especially the Large ones). Anyway, I decided to venture away from space case, as many new, and ill admit cool, grinder companies were being released/debuted. It's been about 2 years since I last used a space case. Until just about 2 weeks ago, i went on and decided to try the new "Titanium" series, and i INSTANTLY fell back in love with space case. As someone who's been "around the block and back", at least in the grinder world. Space Case cant be beat! Their slogan says it all "Simply the best".

Grinder is awesome but shipping was questionable

Posted by newcomb on 3rd Jan 2017

The grinder is absolutely beautiful and functions perfectly. I could not be more happy with the product. However, the grinder was slightly damaged when it arrived (small dent/scrape on the edge of the magnetic lid). The grinder was not sent on a box but instead it was placed inside a bubble wrap bag and into a soft USPS bubble envelope. I am assuming the damage occurred during shipping. I did not contact space case for a replacement as the grinder still functioned perfectly and honestly I was just too damn excited to try it out. Hoping this review helps to make some changes that will benefit future customers.

Posted by Unknown on 30th Dec 2016

My boyfriend bought this exact grinder about 2 years ago and he absolutely loves it, it still has all of its teeth, grinds perfect, and works just as amazing as the day he bought it!
You really get what you pay for and its worth every cent! :)
So for Christmas we did a gift exchange with his family and we both chipped in to get his brother one! :) He was so stoked!! 11/10 would buy again!!

PS. The customer service is amazing too! Thanks again ! 11/10<3

Best grind of any grinder, mainstream, offmarket, or knockoff...
Most remarkable thing I noticed was that the machining is so fine that it stays clean longer than most grinders.
    Not just 5/5 but 10/10; 100/100

Aston Martin Vanquish or Ford Fiesta?

Posted by Richard 17546 on 12th Dec 2014

With so many things it's all about choice and affordability; Aston Martin and Ford both manufacture cars, indeed Ford owns around 8% of the Aston Martin company, but their products are radically different.

One manufactures comparatively small numbers of very expensive cars, by hand and using very high quality materials, and the other mass produces vehicles using less expensive materials and components.

Cars from both companies will, generally, achieve the purpose of moving you from point A to point B.

Grinders might be considered using the same criteria; I have the option of purchasing a mass produced plastic grinder, probably manufactured in China, or a more expensive metal grinder.

I'm reasonably convinced that the plastic grinder is likely to fail after a relatively short period of use; the teeth will break, the mechanism will cross thread and the grinder will end up in the recycling bin.

I might then consider purchasing a more expensive metal grinder, there are plenty to choose from, but if they are badly manufactured, possibly in China or other low cost manufacturing regions, I'm contributing to a company's profit margin and the product that I'm receiving, to ensure that high profit margin is maintained, is likely to suffer the same faults as the plastic grinder; cheap materials, poorly engineered and prone to material failure, cross threading and, ultimately, recycling in the metal collection bin.

So, I've gone with the Aston Martin option of choosing a grinder that is carefully designed, extremely well manufactured and rather beautiful to look at. It's not exactly small, or light, but I don't anticipate the threads to fail, the teeth to fracture or the case to crack unless, of course, I attack it with a sledge hammer.

I expect that it will still be working in 30 years; rather like an Aston Martin, and if I do run into problems, there is the LifeTime Warranty, although this will, probably, exclude sledge hammer incidents.

It's also manufactured in the United States.

Ultimately, it is your choice as to what you spend your money on; that goes for cars, watches, hifi equipment, whatever.

I'm extremely satisfied with my SpaceCase; the grind is what I would describe as light and fluffy. I, also, purchased two medium SpaceCase grinders as Christmas presents for friends; I'll post their remarks after they have had the opportunity to use them.

Finally, eBay is possibly not the best place to purchase something that can be copied and passed off as the genuine item. I would recommend purchasing direct from the manufacturer as their service was faultless.

    Best Grinder On The Market

Posted by Unknown on 12th Nov 2014

The three main reasons I bought this product:
    1. Wanted to produce a lot of gun powder(pollin)
    2. Wanted teeth that never dull and would grind the softest, most luscious herb ever
    3. One that wouldn't get caked up with residue and threads that went bad

I can honestly say that I now am about to buy everyone close to me one of these because there is no reason not to have one. This thing is a gun powder slinging machine I have used it 4 times since I got it and already have over half a pill bottle of gun powder. The teeth on it are so sharp it's effortless to get your herb ground up and ready and when you feel the herb it makes you wanna fill a sand box with it and lay in it, it's so soft and fluffy. Finally, you can flip it over and get your herb to a powder and instead of the residue "melting" to the grinder and making it almost impossible to use the residue wipes right off. You also get a free tube of grease and an awesome space case pollin scraper that are both fantastic additions to your buy! Worth ever cent! Thanks space case
